Ingrid's private pay rate is $180.
Julie's private pay rate is $150.

A limited number of sliding scale slots are available and will be determined on a client by client basis.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance. If it is an emergency and circumstance beyond your control, you will not be charged. Otherwise, the full fee will apply for no-shows and late cancellation. If you are looking to reschedule your appointment, that is considered a cancellation and will be accommodated as able. Please note that if cancellations are frequent or become a pattern, your therapist will discuss in session and potentially refer out to another therapist who can better accommodate your scheduling needs. The more you prioritize being here, the more your therapist does too.

 

What are your hours/availability?

Mosaic Family Therapy is open Monday-Thursday and your individual therapist will have their own availability, so please contact them directly to set up a consultation call or schedule an appointment.

How long does each therapy session take?

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are typically once a week as we begin the process and can change frequency as needed.

 

Anything else we should know?

This office runs on soul, goofiness, and at at times, some pretty darn direct words.

EMDR and trauma-informed services are the primary format and lens in which therapy is provided.

Do you offer virtual or in person sessions?

Based on the unique and soulful connection created in a therapeutic setting, in person is preferred. Virtual is an option and is offered after an initial consultation with your therapist to ensure it's a safe and appropriate fit.
